We welcome suggestions to improve our services to patients.  If you have any ideas please contact the Practice Manager, either in person or in writing.  A suggestion box is also provided at Reception.

If you have any complaints please contact  the Practice Manager to discuss the problem.  The complaint will be investigated promptly and it should be possible to sort out the problem straight away.
